Creating Neural has been a test mentally and physically. To see it all come together for the first time in the atrium was overwhelming. It was bigger than I expected. More ethereal.
It was sad to reach my final critique in grad school, to know that this opportunity is almost past and won’t come again. Hearing people’s responses to the work made me cry (I saved it for when I got home). As each person spoke, I could feel their emotion and the moment made me grateful.
Reaching the finish line almost killed me. Watching each person interact in the space, hearing how it made them feel, and observing their bodily responses was worth the pain.
